Subsidy programs in the field of process integration
- COST (European Co-operation in the Field of Scientific and Technical Research)
COST is based on Actions. These are networks of co-ordinated national research projects in fields, which are of interest to a minimum number of participants (at least 5) from different member states. The duration of an Action is generally 4 years. COST Actions cover basic and pre-competitive research as well as activities of public utility.

- EIA (Tax relief for investments in energy)
This tax-relief programme gives a direct financial advantage to Dutch companies that invest in energy-saving equipment and sustainable energy.

- European Community Framework Programme - VI
The Sixth Framework Programme (2002-2006) is a deliberate break with past FPs with regard to ambition, scope and instruments to be used in its implementation. The aim is to achieve greater focus on questions of European importance and a better integration of research efforts on the basis of an improved partnership between the various actors in the European research area.
