How to add user experience?

User experience can be added by filling in the users' form.

This form consists of nineteen questions about the tool and four general questions. All are multiple choice questions. 

After answering the questions, the form can be send by using the 'send' button, or can be cleared using the 'clear' button. Your answers will be treated confidentially.
