Procedure

Phase	Applicant	SenterNovem
Preliminary phase (not compulsory).	Download, complete and send the Quick Scan form (doc 109 Kb).	A programme advisor will contact you, discuss the project idea with you and advise whether it is compatible with the Global Sustainable Biomass Fund.
Application phase.	Submit the application form with all appendices.
Assessment phase (approximately 13 weeks).	You will receive notice that your proposal has been received or that your proposal is incomplete. In the latter case, you have one week’s time to provide the missing information. During this phase, SenterNovem may also ask substantive and clarifying questions about the project. This can be done by e-mail, phone, through a meeting with SenterNovem or a visit to your organisation.	Administrative testing of the application.  Analysis in preparation for the assessment. Estimation of financial feasibility
	You will receive notice to confirm whether a subsidy has been awarded or rejected for your project.	Assessment by the Advisory Committee.
