Budget 
The total available budget of the Global Sustainable Biomass Fund is €12.5 million. This amount has been made available in two tenders. A total amount of just over 4.7 million euros was granted during the first period. The budget available for the second period is 7.7 million euros.

The minimum subsidy for each project is €100,000 and the maximum is €1 million.  In addition to this, the maximum subsidy for enterprises is 50% of the incurred costs and 75% for all other parties. This also applies to members of a consortium.
