SenterNovem requests that you hand in your application in unbound pages, with two additional copies of the application form, project plan and budget. This way, SenterNovem will be able to expedite the administrative processing of your application and point out any missing items in your application earlier.
You can send your application by post to SenterNovem or hand over your application personally at the reception of SenterNovem. Applications must be physically received at SenterNovem no later than 5 p.m. on the closing date of the relevant application period! 

Submitting an application pro forma
This is statement to SenterNovem (by letter or fax or in PDF form) that you intend to submit a complete application. In this statement, you must mention at least the name and address of the applicant, the subsidy scheme involved and the request to receive a subsidy. The statement must be signed by the applicant. SenterNovem must have received the complete application within a week after the tender closing date. 
If an intermediary makes the pro forma request, you must also include the authorisation in which the intermediary is authorised to submit the application on behalf of the subsidy applicant.

We would like to point out that the submission of a pro forma application is at your own risk.
The actual application must be absolutely complete from the beginning. If any information or appendices are missing, we will not process your application. We therefore advise you to submit an application as complete as possible on the closing date. Only then can we indicate which information or appendices are missing and give you a one-time opportunity to correct this.
