City Presentations Urban areas account for 75% of global CO2 emissions. More and more cities want to take the lead in meeting the Kyoto-targets. Many have formulated individual ambitions. And there are initiatives to form alliances and for working together, for instance to pool purchasing power of cities. A next step could be to initiate a carbon trade system between cities.
