Van micro- en nano-schaal wetenschap naar nieuwe technologieën voor Europa: het doel is de concurrentie te vergroten van de Europese industrie door coördinatie en samenwerking van Europese ondersteunende maatregelen voor Micro- en Nano Technologieën en door voortdurende verbetering van het leveren van de ondersteunende diensten.
